Regarded as one of the premier NBA Executives in the world of International basketball, the Director of Player Personnel for the Dallas Mavericks, Tony Ronzone, joins the PO:D for the Thanksgiving week edition to talk about his journey and how he ended up in the NBA. From being on the staff in finding Dirk Nowitzki, to talking at about MVP candidate Luka Doncic, Tony has been at the forefront of scouting all over the world for 25 years. Also, he has 2 gold medals from USA Basketball and shares a great story about Kobe Bryant. We also get to hear his 3 keys in evaluating talent. The great ones aren't just great. They are great because they work. He fits this description better than any.

What an awesome podcast! Speaking to me on so many levels.... especially with my son in middle school basketball. Watching him grow every game and loving it no matter how much playing time he gets.
